Safety and Mentor Workshops: Our programs include, but are not limited to:
- Basic mechanical information
- How to pick up a dropped bike
- Road and weather hazards
- Strategic Road Radar
- Parking lot pitfalls
- Wildlife and animal hazards
- Intersection awareness
- Flying debris, insects, etc.
- Toll roads and other tricky passages
- Road trips, short and long haul
- On the spot first aid
- Tire basics
- Turns and "tricky twists"
- Traffic congestion, and inattentive drivers
- Balancing, steering, and u-turn tricks
- Dealing with aggressive drivers, tailgaters
IT DOESN’T MATTER :
- Where you took your Basic Rider Course
- What type of motorcycle you ride
- How long you have been riding
If you have been endorsed for less than a year, you are entitled to a year of FREE membership. |

Reunion Parties:
Congratulations on one year of SAFE RIDING! These parties are for you and your classmates. While reconnecting with faces and experiences of the last year, these parties are designed to introduce you to the world of being a mentor for todays’ new rider.
Experienced Riders can volunteer their own experiences, tips and/or time to a new rider and receive FREE MEMBERSHIP in lieu of the annual $15 fee. of which entitles them to all the benefits of a new member.
We can all be members for free, and be entitled to the same discounts offered by businesses.
HOW CAN WE DO THIS?
Area businesses are our sponsors and donate funds and free items needed to provide these workshops.
